Effective date: June 2026. These terms govern your use of our website and engagement of our publishing services. Please read them carefully.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Seven Figure Author ("we," "us," or "our"), a publishing studio operated by Human Touch Publishing. By engaging our services, visiting our website, or submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Seven Figure Author provides done-for-you book writing, editing, design, publishing, and launch services for founders, advisors, and proven experts. The specific scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees for each engagement are set forth in a separate Service Agreement executed between the parties.
Our services are available by application only. We reserve the right to accept or decline any prospective client at our sole discretion. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or create any obligation on our part.
Upon full payment and completion of the engagement, you retain all rights, title, and interest in the final manuscript and published work, including copyright. We retain the right to use anonymized case studies, portfolio samples, and aggregate data for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Fees and payment schedules are detailed in your Service Agreement. Unless otherwise specified, project fees are non-refundable. Late payments may result in suspension of work. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary, sensitive, or non-public information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the working relationship.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seven Figure Author's total liability arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Either party may terminate the engagement in accordance with the termination provisions set forth in the Service Agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all fees for work completed through the termination date.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
